Make sure

There is a time frame

In Empathy or User Research, there is at least one tool among the following list:

- User interviews
- Analytics
- Competitive analysis

In Define, there is at least one tool among the following list:

 - Persona
 - Empathy Map
 - User Journey
- JBTD or Jobs-to-be-done

There is a “Problem Statement” spot

In Ideation, there is at least one ideation technique

There is a “Prototype” spot that is either paper prototype or wireframe. It may contain:

- User Flow
- Card Sorting

There is “Test” spot with at least 5 users

Each of these five phases have a time frame
