Make sure there is:
- A script of the ideation workshop in which there is:
- The main objective
- An ice breaker
- The main steps of the ideation process
- Clear instructions
- A time schedule for each step
- A voting process to select the main idea
- A board with all the ideas (on paper or digitally on Miro or Figma)
- One main concept out of the ideation workshop
- A document with the key learnings the students learnt from this phase
